that does sound like a 12 valve, cause it has a more deeper sound compard t o the 3rd generation, but idk, maybe its just the way the video camera pic ked it up

It's definitely not a 3rd gen common rail. I've heard heavily modified common rail trucks and they retain the 3rd gen sound, they DONT sound like a 12 or 24v.... I've heard of a few people swapping old motors in new trucks.....just like guys sticking 12/24v's in Fords, that's what this guy did.....

yea i didnt think it was, yea ive seen a few fords with cummins in them the 12 valves and stuff

Man if ya know anything about high HP diesels you'd know that at idle and raising the rpm that the big injecters and the timing on the engine that it smokes white at the begining. Look at the diesel pulling tractors. NO BOTTLES "#2 DIESEL ONLY" BOTTLES ARE FOR BABYS!!!!!!!!!!!
