This web video stuff sucks! This video was uploaded in 720p High definition. The original is so detailed you can see the numbers on the guages...... How it got so downsized is beyond me! The aspect ratios arent right either.

i would have to think there is somthing wrong if thats all the boost you can build? before i up graded mine i had an HX35 with a 60mm compressor and a 16cm housing and i could hit 45 psi of boost easy, i also made about 8 psi on the highway. You might need more fuel to get that turbo moving i would try some injectors? i dont now maybe post somthing on this in the fourms you might get more people that no more about the 3rd gens then i do?

i agree more fuel to turn that big of a turbo!!!! My uncle ran a hybrid and could get 50_+ psi on his 3rd gen but if he used a bigger turbo than that, he would never be able to spool it. he had the same mods as you except his was a stick shift...

It has a name PRO-STREET for a reason. Its ment to be under full load with about four times the fuel going through your motor. Why dont you leave your chip maxed out all the time, the boost doesnt build, it spikes 40psi no problem on 6x6 early twins imagine 7x7. This turbo is preset to stop at 45psi and can boost well over 70psi and flows A LOT of air. Rite now the turbo that would probably best suit your set up would be the HTT superstock62. For example of airflow on my Buddys 2nd gen 24v hes running the HTT 71 series quick diesel 64,stock intercooler,275+hp Inj. , edgedragcomp, ats manifold and 5" turbo back custom stack. He blew the hose clamp off right before the turbo and didnt know. So he stabbed it to the floor trying to build boost and we launched at 20psi for about 1/8 of a mile and his egts didnt go past 1300 degrees, which was pretty amazing.
